Field location key:  H = JC Handly, V = Valrico, N = New Tampa

Please pay close attention to your field numbers; with 94 teams and 143 games it was necessary to use two locations for some age groups! Schedules here are current, please check back before Thursday check in for any possible changes.

Attention Coaches:  Team check-in Thursday, 2/15/07, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, at JC Handly Park.  There will be no coaches meeting.  Bring the following items to team check-in:

• Valid & verified FYSA Roster and/or player passes (laminated with photos, player name & number).  Coaches must be included.  In addition to the original roster, 3 additional copies must be provided.

• Signed and notarized original medical release forms (link on right).

• Team emergency contact sheet (link below).
